Pursuant to F.S. 328.17, on July 31, 2012, at 11:00 A.M., at the MAR-MARINA, 761 ANCLOTE ROAD, TARPON SPRINGS, FLORIDA 34689, the following vessel will be disposed by sale to the highest bidder, cash or cashier check, at public auction without reserve
Inflatable 2006 NAUTICA 22-wide body vessel - ID #PTJ22529E606 Yamaha F225TXR EFI 4-stroke engine - S/N 1025240, any and all accessions and additions now or hereafter made or added to any of the items described above, any repair parts, substitutions, and replacements therefore, and all attachments and improvements now or hereafter placed upon or used in connection therewith or any part thereof.
The owner of the vessel is YJNK II, INC., 3040 Gulf to Bay Boulevard, Clearwater, Florida 33759.
This sale is being held to enforce the rights of MARMAR, LLC, d/b/a MAR-MARINA, 761 ANCLOTE ROAD, TARPON SPRINGS, FLORIDA 34689, (727) 939-1589, as the secured party arising under a Notice Pursuant to F.S. 328.17 dated April 17, 2012, for unpaid vessel storage and hauling fees incured by MAR-MARINA for the Inflatable 2006 NAUTICA 22-wide body vessel being stored on its property.
