NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 2, 2012, and entered in 41 2011 CA 008190 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and BRUCE KILLIAN A/K/A BRUCE A. KILLIAN; TARA PLANTATION GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS R. MCNAMARA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JULY 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 15-D, TARA PLANTATION GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1432, PAGES 3375 THROUGH 3467, INCLUSIVE, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 27, PAGES 140, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
