NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-001254 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon formerly known as The Bank of New York, as Successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II, Trust 2005-AR7, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR7, Plaintiff and Perry William Campbell a/k/a Perry W. Campbell and Martha Elvira Campbell a/k/a Martha E. Campbell, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on August 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 30, PALMETTO SKYWAY SUBDIVISION, SECTION 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 40 THROUGH 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
