NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 11, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-005135 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee, for the Benefit of the Harborview 2005-3 Trust Fund, Plaintiff and Roy A. Hill and Kim M. Hill a/k/a Kim Hill, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on July 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, IN BLOCK 4, OF MANDALAY, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 162, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
