NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 000185, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and AMANDA L. CHANDLER; BRADEN CHANDLER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A THOMAS AND TINA COLE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 10th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 451, HARRISON RANCH, PHASE IA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 76 THROUGH 100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
