NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-008752-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage Successor by Merger to Union Planters Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Kimberly Kim are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on July 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 327, TAHITIAN HOMES, UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 115 AND 116, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
