Massonne, Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on August 21, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 652, COLONIAL HILLS UNIT TEN, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 86 AND 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
