NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-008780WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JAY JOHNSON A/K/A JUDITH J FAGGION; LAKEWOOD VILLAS COMMUNITY CLUB, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 9th day of July, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 297, LAKEWOOD VILLAS UNIT 9, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 128, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
