NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 2nd day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-04742-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and HOLLY RODES A/K/A HOLLY L. RUSHING A/K/A HOLLY RUSHING; LOUISE M. THOMAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HOLLY L. RODES A/K/A HOLLY L. RUSHING A/K/A HOLLY RUSHING N/K/A CHRISTOPHER RUSHING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOUISE M. THOMAS; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JOANN GIARRATANA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 9th day of July, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 799, JASMINE LAKES, UNIT 6-C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE(S) 141, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
