Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, entered on May 29, 2012, in Case No.: 51-2011-CA-001811-WS, in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which BMO HARRIS BANK N.A. as successor-by-merger to M&I MARSHALL & ILSLEY BANK, a Wisconsin state banking corporation, is the Plaintiff and JUSTIN E. GLEICHOWSKI, individually and NICOLE GLEICHOWSKI, individually, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell the Property described in the Final Judgment or any court scheduling the sale, on-line at 11:00 a.m., beginning August 27, 2012, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Lot 711 of FLORENCIA AT THE CHAMPIONS' CLUB, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page(s) 86-92, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
