NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-005056WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, MAX S. TROUTNER, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com , Florida, at the hour of 11:00 am, on the 12th day of July 2012, the following described property:
LOT 1320, HOLIDAY LAKE ESTATES UNIT FIFTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, PLAT BOOK 10 AT PAGE 93.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
