NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-009476-WS-J2, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LUMINENT MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7 is Plaintiff and LLOYD T. HAIG; NORMA J. HAIG; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT #5932; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT #5934; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 23 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20 AND WEST 5' OF LOT 19, SIESTA HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
