NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-011480WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-OP1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and KEVIN A. FULLER; MARGARET FULLER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SHADOW LAKES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 245, SHADOW LAKES, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 27 THROUGH 29 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
