Unit No. 1104, Building 11 of the LAKES AT HERON COVE CONDOMINIUM PHASE IV, a condominium, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 6, Pages 63-70 and being further described in that certain declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5701, Page 256 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in said Declaration.
