NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58-2011-CA-006562 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and PETER JESSE LIPSCHUTZ AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE GERDI E. LIPSHUTZ TRUST DATED MAY 24, 2000; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; VERANDA VII AT HERITAGE OAKS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE GERDI E. LIPSHUTZ TRUST DATED MAY 24, 2000; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERDI LIPSHUTZ A/K/A GERDI E. LIPSHUTZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2218, BUILDING 2200, VERANDA VII AT HERITAGE OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT # 2002-006606, AS AMENDED, INCLUDING THE AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION CREATING BUILDING 2200 WHICH WAS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT # 2002-117836, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
