NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 017381 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR BAFH 2006-H is the Plaintiff and DAVID H RIPLEY; VILLAGE BROOKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; JANE DOE N/K/A VLADMIR SZLDOR; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3251-103, VILLAGE BROOKE CONDOMINIUM 1, AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1080, PAGE 40, AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
