Parcel 1: Unit 3A, THE VENICE CENTRE, PHASE 1, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1044, page 429, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 8, Pages 1, IA through 1D, as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with its undivided share in the common elements. TOGETHER WITH: An undivided 1/63 interest in and to the land in that certain 99 Year Lease as recorded in Official Records Book 1044, Page 472, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
More commonly known as 250 W. Tampa Avenue, #3A, Venice, FL 34285 (“Parcel 1”)
and
Parcel 2: Unit 19A, THE VENICE CENTRE, PHASE 1, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1044, page 429, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 8, Pages 1, IA through 1D, as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with its undivided share in the common elements. has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on J. DERRICK MAGINNESS, Esq., whose address is Norton, Hammersley, Lopez & Skokos, P.A., 1819 Main Street, Suite 601, Sarasota, FL 34236, on or before 7/23/2012, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
