NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on June 11, 2012, in case number 2012-CA-000364-NC, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein GEORGE MCVEY and CHRISTINE LILLY are the Plaintiffs and JAMES D. TEAGUE, and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sales conducted via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 10 day of August, 2012, the 9:00 a.m. the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 22, and the W 1/2 of LOT 21, BLOCK C, SOUTH HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 93, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
