Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012 CA 001648 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Paderewski Holding Company, LLC is the Plaintiff and Bruce Younker and J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., as the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash via foreclosure sale conducted via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on July 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block 81, GULF GATE WOODS, Unit 2, as per plat thereof Recorded in Plat Book 20k pages 9 and 9A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim 60 days after the sale.
