TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 5th day of July, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 5, BLOCK 2, LESS THE WESTERLY 8 FEET THEREOF, TERRACE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
