NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10 CA 13886 (Division J) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit In and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein TOTALBANK, Plaintiff, and MARQUEZ TAMPA IMPACT CENTER, BENIGNO MARQUEZ, MARITZA MARQUEZ, and BRAYNERT MARQUEZ are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder AT 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, RM 201/202 800 E TWIGGS ST, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., Eastern Time, on the 12th day of July, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Parcel 1: The East 200 feet of the West 250 feet of the South 192.50 feet of the North 935 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 30, Township 28 South, Range 18 East lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Parcel 2: The East 200.00 feet of the West 250.00 feet of the South 192.50 feet of the North 1127.50 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 30, Township 28 South, Range 18 East lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 8009 and 8011 Benjamin Road, Tampa, FL 33634.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
