NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2012 entered in Case No. 2011-CA-007814 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Reginald Washington; Sarasota County, Florida; Fairlawn Park Homeowners Association, Inc.; and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on July 26, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
The West One-Half (1/2) of Lot 6, Block B, Palmyra Subdivision as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 181, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
