NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-029721 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P, is Plaintiff, and JOSE ALEMAN A/K/A JOSE A. ALEMAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 2:00 pm on the 2nd Floor, Room 201/202, THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 4th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2 in Block A of Heather Lakes Unit XXI Phase A, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 85, Page 61 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
