NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-025933 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RAAC 2007-SP3, is Plaintiff, and CLIFFORD CHAPELLE BOYKINS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 2:00 PM on the 2nd Floor, Room 201/202, THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2322, BUILDING NO. 7210 OF MANHATTAN PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16728, PAGE 1680, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
