E, BUILDING 21, RAINTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 7, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4666, PAGE 567, ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN TEH COMMON ELEMENTS AS STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANT TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT. WITH THE FOLLOWING STREET ADDRESS: 6015 LAKETREE LANE, TAMPA, FLORIDA, 33617.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before July 23rd, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
