NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered June 8, 2012 in Case No. 29-2011-CA-007548 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, GREAT FLORIDA BANK, Plaintiff, and, YANES, RAMON, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, 2ND FLOOR GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, LOCATED AT THE 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 12 day of July, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 61, OF THE FLORENCE VILLA, AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE SOUTH, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, AT PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
