Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Forecsloure dated June 8, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-006040 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006QS6 , was the Plaintiff and CARLOS ROSARIO, ET. AL. the Defendant(s). I will sell to highest and bidder for cash, at on the 11 day of July, 2012, at 2:00 P.M. to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 6, BLOCK 8, WILLIAMS CROSSING, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 120, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
