NOTICE is given pursuant to the Agreed Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 7th day of June, 2012 in Civil Action No. 09-CA-005157 of the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which ETTA CHRISTINE TELLEFSEN and THOMAS S. TELLEFSEN, JR., are the Defendants and JOHN ACCARDI and ANDREA ACCARDI, are the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, 2nd Floor, Rooms 201/202, Tampa, Florida, in accordance with §45.031, Florida Statutes, at 2:00 pm on the 12th day of July, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and for Award of Attorneys' Fees:
Lot 16, KINGSWAY HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 28, page 49, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
with a street address of 714 East Morgan Street, Brandon, Florida 33510.
