NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2012 in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hillsborough, Florida, on July 10, 2012 at 2:00PM, at 2nd Floor, Rm. 201/202 of George E. Edgecomb Courthouse - 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602 for the following described property:
North 30 feet of Lot 34 and the South 30 feet of Lot 33, Block “B”, Pinecrest Villa Addition No. 5, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 31, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
