Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 12, Block C, HILL-DALE HEIGHTS OF BRANDON, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 32, Pages 37, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
