Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 9, Less the West 4.5 feet thereof in Block 16, WELLSWOOD, SECTION G, according to the Map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 58, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on 6/12/2012 9:00:00 AM in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
