NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 10 day of July 2012, at 2:00 PM at the on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Unit No. 3008 of SKYPOINT, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof dated June 1, 2007, in Official Records Book 17814, Page 346, and all exhibits attached thereto, and all amendments thereof, and according to the plat or map thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 23, Page 188, all of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on June 04, 2012 in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
