NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 06, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-09444 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-12 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-12 is the Plaintiff and PABLO A. ZENTENO; and MARIA J. ZENTENO; and GORDON OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and GE MONEY BANK; and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the second floor, rooms 202, of the George Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, Florida., at on the 9 day of July, 2012, 10:00 AM, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, OF GORDON OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100 PAGE (S) 62 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
