NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered June 04, 2012 in Case No. 29-2008-CA-028435 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1, Plaintiff, and, SWEAT, MICHAEL R., et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, 2ND FLOOR GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, LOCATED AT THE 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 10 day of July, 2012, the following described property:
Lot 4, Block 2, BRANDON LAKEWOOD ESTATES, according to that certain plat as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 84, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
