NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated June 4, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-CA-028986 DIV. D of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee Residential Funding Company, Llc Fka Residential Funding Corporation , is the Plaintiff and Maria Estela Evangelista; Ramon Evangelista; and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd Floor, Rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, on July 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 1514, of Manhattan Palms, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium, as Recorded in Official Records Book 16728, at Page 1680, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common Elements thereof appurtenances thereto.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
