and commonly known as: 3118 S SEMORAN BLVD UNIT N-4 ORLANDO, FL 32822; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on August 6, 2012 at 11 A.M.
