NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 11, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-008588 of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Carmen Gonzalez and Luis Gonzales Antongiorgi, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, AT 11:00 AM, on September 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 39 FEET OF LOT 3, AZALEA COVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
