NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 007898 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-4 is Plaintiff and NADINE B. LUNDI; JEAN LUNDI; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; NATIONAL REVENUE SERVICE, INC.; FORREST PARK CIVIC ASSOCIATION; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 16 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 134 AND THE WEST 2 FEET OF THE SOUTH 40 FEET OF LOT 135, FORREST PARK UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
