NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed May 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-032030-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and MARCIAL GOMEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCIAL GOMEZ, IF ANY; EMMA GOMEZ; MARCIAL GOMEZ, SR. ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; are defendants. A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
