NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-027443-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and VINCENT T'ANGELO ANDREWS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VINCENT T' ANGELO ANDREWS IF ANY; MARIE MAUDE FLEURIMOND F/K/A MARIE MAUDE ANDREWS; JOHN DOE; AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; CRESTWOOD HEIGHTS TOWNHOMES OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, CRESTWOOD HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE(S) 134, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
