NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem), entered on June 20, 2012, as to the Counts in the above-styled cause, in and for Orange County, Florida, the Office of LYDIA GARDNER, Orange County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Orange County Courthouse by Electronic Sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on July 11, 2012, the following described properties:

Unit Week 34 in Unit 2161, an Annual Unit Week, VISTANA CASCADES CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Cascades Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 5312, Page 2312, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any.
AS TO COUNT II - FRANCISCO CLEVELAND MUJICA AND LORENA CASANUEVA
Unit Week 29 in Unit 2249, an Annual Unit Week, VISTANA CASCADES CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Cascades Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 5312, Page 2312, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
