NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
LOT 45, DOMINISH ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE(S) 44-45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
COMMONLY KNOWN AS 506 DOMINISH ESTATES DRIVE, APOPKA, FLORIDA, 32712
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash by electronic sale beginning at https://www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM (EST), on the 16th day of August, 2012.
