DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR27, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR27 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and BOUCHRA BEBE SIMONS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BOUCHRA BEBE SIMONS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR ING BANK, FSB, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NETBANK; WHISPER LAKES MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; WHISPER LAKES UNIT 4 HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants.
