NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 08, 2008, entered in Case No. 2008-CA015910-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-7T2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-7T2 is the Plaintiff and Rohini Persaud; Unknown Spouse of Rohini Persaud; Dowalt Persaud; Unknown Spouse of Dowalt Persaud; Black Lake Park Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 13 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 270 OF BLACK LAKE PARK, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGES 1 THROUGH 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
