ORDINANCE 2012-06 OF THE TOWN OF OAKLAND, FLORIDA, RELATING TO THE VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION OF +/- 4.5 ACRES; MAKING FINDINGS; ANNEXING TO AND INCLUDING WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF OAKLAND, FLORIDA, CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED IN SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 22, RANGE 27, REDEFINING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF OAKLAND, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR THE INTERIM PROVISION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.





















The Town Commission of Oakland proposes to adopt Ordinance 2012-06 regarding the annexation of property located at 51 Remington Road, the East side of Remington Road, North of John's Lake, (W 209 FT OF GOVT LOT 1; LESS RD R/W & LESS N 875.06) on first reading. A public hearing on the ordinance will be held on July 10, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the Oakland Meeting Hall, 221 Arrington Street Oakland, Florida.
The public is invited to attend and speak on this matter at the public meeting. The ordinance and all documentation pertaining to this application can be obtained from the Office of the Town Clerk, 220 N. Tubb Street Oakland, Florida.
