NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF OAKLAND, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR VACATION OF A SECTION OF THE JOHN F. ROLLINS' SUBDIVISION WHICH INCLUDES LOTS, PARTIAL LOTS AND THE RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR TWO UNNAMED ROADWAYS, ALL LOCATED WITHIN THE TOWN OF OAKLAND, FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.




























The Town Commission of Oakland proposes to adopt an ordinance regarding vacation of a partial plat including street rights-of-way East of Remington Road, North of John's Lake on first reading. A public hearing on the ordinance will be held on July 10, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the Oakland Meeting Hall, 221 Arrington Street Oakland, Florida.
The public is invited to attend and speak on this matter at the public meeting. All documentation pertaining to this application is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, 220 N. Tubb Street Oakland, Florida. Persons needing special accommodations to participate in the proceedings should contact the Clerk's Office at (407) 656-1117 no later than two (2) days before the proceedings for assistance.
