S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2005KS7 was the Plaintiff and KRISTY R. ARNDT, ET AL. the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 3rd day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 34, CRESTRIDGE SUBDIVISION, SECOND ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
