NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2010, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-009688, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. CONSUMER SOLUTIONS, LLC, is Plaintiff and JOHN F. UHLENDORF; GRISELDA A. UHLENDORF; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 AND UNKNOW TENANT #2, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 24th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 205 OF RIDGEWOOD GROVES UNIT NINE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 80 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
