NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-10248-CI-15, UCN 522011CA010248XXCICI, of the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAY HARBOR CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and RICHARD HILLMANN, KRISTA HILLMANN, and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on July 19, 2012, to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 52, BAY HARBOR CLUB CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 61, Page(s) 90, et. seq., and more particularly described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5362, Page(s) 47, et. seq., as amended, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
