NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 01, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522009CA009858XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LXS 2006-12N is Plaintiff and FRANKLIN J. WALSH JR.; SILVIA WALSH; BARBARA G. WALSH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 1, SHOREACRES CENTER, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS REOCORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
